hello!

welcome to scrublets.

this is harley, creator of scrublets.
i'm a junior doctor based in melbourne, australia, with an interest in paediatrics and science communication.

i created scrublets to allow healthcare workers & students to bring some fun to work on their scrubs, to help liven the often-drab hospital environment, and provide an avenue for self-expression. 

from my experience wearing scrublets at work, both patients and staff love them. they are a great conversation starter, they frequently lead to guessing games on which organ is which, and questions around what they do. i would love for scrublets to help those working in healthcare share the wonder and curiosity we have for the human body.

i also hope that scrublets will appeal to all lovers of anatomy, the body is awesome and beautiful, and i think scrublets, with their vibrant colours, help to demonstrate this.

finally, the idea of charity is an important one, i have thus decided to donate 50% of the profit from scrublets to Doctors Without Borders. i intend to increase the percentage as the business grows.
